It was the beginning of a flaming passion, 800 degrees hot.... this is where we start talking about Southbend. Our state of the art grill that allows us to prepare the meat in perfection.
We are the first restaurant in Luxembourg, that uses this extremely powerful grill, which is also the star in the best meat restaurants worldwide. We dry-age our meat on-site, in a temperature controlled, dehumidified environment, bringing out the full concentration of flavor.
